This class will help you learn techniques to write your novel effortlessly, as well as to overcome the obstacles that may block you from completing your manuscript.
Book Editor and Author Diane O’Connell will teach you how to create a solid foundation and reliable structures for your story. Productivity Coach Renate Reimann, PhD, will guide you in restructuring your life in support of your writing, as well as overcoming fears and self-doubt. Once you have made writing an essential part of your daily life, and have your writing techniques firmly in place, nothing and no one can stop you.

How to manage people who procrastinate

Description: Procrastination severely reduces productivity. One person who is late on assignments can slow down a whole team or department and jeopardize entire projects. Anybody who has dealt with people who procrastinate is aware of how difficult it can be to get them moving forward. How many times have you tried to motivate somebody only to make the situation worse? Find out why some strategies work for some people but not for others. In this workshop you will learn about different procrastination profiles and how to manage them successfully.
